Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We are not responsible for any additional international customs duty charges or fees.
ORDERING INFORMATION
All orders are processed within 1 working day*. Upon ordering, you will instantly receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email which includes tracking information.
To track your order, sign in to access your account and view order details which includes tracking or refer to your email with tracking information.
REFUNDS
In the case where a customer requires a refund of the item(s) returned, the refund will be issued after the parcel is returned to us** and only after the quality is checked on the item(s).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For any reason, customers can return the order, entirely or partially. NOD accepts exchanges or refunds within 14 days from the receipt of purchase.**
Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the tag still attached.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same product in a different size. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the product that is to be exchanged.

NOD accepts payments using Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa.

*Afterpay orders can sometimes take 2 business days to process.
